Do workers need an app?#

No. They carry a tag. Trackers detect it automatically. Managers and field staff can use the IFAPP app if they want the overview on their phone.

How precisely is a tool's position shown?#

As "at vehicle X" or "on site Y", plus where it was last detected. Tags have no GPS of their own. For very expensive equipment a stand-alone GPS tracker can be fitted.

How long do batteries last?#

Tags: 1–8 years depending on model. IF Plug and IF Wire are powered by the vehicle. See Devices.

Does it work outside Denmark?#

Yes. The trackers have SIM cards with EU roaming. For other countries, contact us.

Where is data stored?#

In the EU. We sign a data processing agreement with every customer.

Can we get the data out?#

Yes, all reports export to Excel. Integrations with payroll, ERP and invoicing can be developed.
