Time registration and timesheets

How time is recorded

When a worker's tag is detected by a tracker on a site (or in a vehicle), working time starts. When the tag is no longer seen, it stops. Time on site and driving time are kept separate.

Schedule

Enter the worker's schedule so IFAPP can flag late arrivals and deviations.

Timesheets

Reports → choose timesheets, period and company → Create report. The timesheet shows arrival, end and hours per worker and per site. Export to Excel for payroll or invoicing.

Danish Working Time Act

Since 1 July 2024 employers in Denmark must record employees' daily working time. Records must be kept for 5 years and be accessible to employees. IFAPP stores the records, and workers with a login can see their own.

Corrections

A site manager or the office can correct a record (for example if the tag was left in the van). Corrections are stored with name and time.
